If you like birds, wildflowers and lush scenery then the rainy season from January to April will delight you. However, road can get very boggy at times and the mud turns to treacle.
Selous Elephants
As many as 64,400 Elephants roam between the Selous Game Reserve in Tanzania and Mozambique's Niassa Game Reserves. This is one of the largest natural trans-boundary eco-systems in Africa.
