Larsons, SamburuLocated 320km north of Nairobi, Larsen's is a small luxurious tented camp set in lush lawns on the banks of the Uaso Nyiro, a river in Samburu National Reserve. The 17 tents each shaded by palm trees and named after a bird, have en suite bathrooms and all face the river.
There are birds and monkeys everywhere and dik dik's wander freely around the camp. An animal viewing platform in the trees lets you scan the vast Samburu Plain. In the heat of the day you can relax on your private deck while the monkeys play in the trees around you and animals drink from the opposite bank. |
